wow, i love love love these!!! my only thing is that i don't like the shots with the cars and buildings and stuff, I feel like it wrenches me into reality and before it was like this beautiful fantasy world! hahaha, but that's just me!
gracie// that's why it's called "inbetween" this is about a girl living in her own speckled light and flower-filled world when really she's in the city (it kind of is supposed to represent how i felt, as it was the first time i lived in new york city) so she's inbetween, looking on at these things and almost not really believing it. playing on the park cliffs and pretending to not see the building-lined horizon. i had more shots of her with city-esque things but in the end didn't use them because the series was already too big.
You're amazing Natalie, this is a beautiful series. Can I just ask, is the glow from the light your original shots or do you edit it in afterwards? It just creates such a magical atmosphere. Well done. xx
beautifull light in all photos
